A Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, March 31st meeting at the Kerr Park parking lot at the intersection of Third Street and Fourth Street.

The work approximately consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the following:

Phase 1 to be completed in 2022 

The reconstruction of 280m of Third Street from Fourth to Mutual Street, 135m of Kentail Street from Petrolia Line to a Third Street, 135m of Mutual Street from Petrolia Line to Third Street, and 260m of forcemain installation and road restoration of Third Street from First Avenue to Third Street. This work includes the construction of new storm sewers, watermains, sanitary forcemain, the installation of services, removal and reconstruction of asphalt pavement, the addition of sidewalks and curb and gutters, driveway and boulevard restoration, and restoration of the parking lot for Kerr Park at the corner of Third and Fourth Street.
 

Phase 2 to be completed in 2023 

The topcoat asphalt for 280m of Third Street from Fourth Street to Mutual Street, 135m of Kentail Street from Petrolia Line to Third Street, and 135m of Mutual Street from Petrolia Line to Third Street.
